Responsibilities
- Maintain individual ASH trust funds and ACPTC resident trust funds.
- Perform cash disbursements and check deposits, ensuring accuracy in daily business activities.
- Approve patient withdrawal vouchers and maintain ledger accounts.
- Verify fiscal documents and prepare daily deposits.
- Communicate effectively with patients, staff, guardians, and family members regarding deposit funds.
- Adhere to banking policies and procedures while maintaining supporting documents.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Requirements
- High School Diploma/GED or higher education.
- Valid Driver's License.
- 2 years of experience in an accounting position.
- Security clearance required.
- Rubella/Rubeola Titers or MMR vaccination, Hep B Titer or Hep B vaccination, Varicella Titer or Varicella Vaccination, Current TB skin test or QTB (within the past 12 months), N-95 mask fitting.
Preferences
- Knowledge of fiscal and financial record keeping principles.
- Familiarity with Performance Management (PM), Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI), and Lean methodologies.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to support a diverse and multicultural workforce.
