US:WI:SUSSEX at our CP-SUSSEX HEALTH CENTER facility. This job is ON -
SITE. FTE: 0.900000 Shift: 1st Schedule: Monday - Thursday 0800-1630
Friday 0800-1200; Includes weekend rotation is approximately every 5th
weekend with the hours of 0745-1145 or 0800-1200 at our North Hills and
Tosa locations. Job Summary: Responsible for performing phlebotomy and
various technical, non technical, and clerical functions. EXPERIENCE:
Completion of an approved Phlebotomy program of 6 months or related
health care experience including direct patient contact is required.
Phlebotomy experience with a minimum of 100 venipunctures is preferred.
EDUCATION: High School diploma or equivalent is preferred. LICENSURE:
ASCP certification is preferred. SPECIAL SKILLS: Ability to read and
write necessary to comprehend and follow equipment operating
instructions, IFUs and complete required documentation. Basic arithmetic
calculations necessary to count instruments and complete count sheets
are required. Basic computer, problem-solving and good communication
