Phlebotomist

Title : Phlebotomist Float

Pay Rate: $27.00 - $ 29.00/h on w2

Float Locations:

• San Jose, CA, 95131
• San Jose, CA, 95126
• Palo Alto, CA, 94301

Duration: 3+ months contract (possible extension)
Shift hours: 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday 8am to 5pm

Roles and responsibilities:

• Phlebotomy, Vaccine administration, vitals, EKG, ear lavage, med injections, point of care tests

Any certifications or qualifications needed:

• An active phlebotomy certification to practice in CA (CPT-1) and at least 6 months of experience practicing phlebotomy post externship
• High school diploma or GED

Any unique skills needed:

• Personable, accept feedback and implement direction from leadership, and promotes teamwork
