PHCS Optimization Specialist / Contracts Analyst
Work Arrangement: Hybrid / Remote

About the Opportunity
We are seeking a highly motivated PHCS Optimization Specialist / Contracts Analyst to support and optimize contract execution across Personalized Healthcare Solutions programs. This role plays a key part in tracking contract milestones, monitoring payment triggers, and ensuring accurate invoicing to pharmaceutical partners across pathology and core customer areas.

The ideal candidate is proactive, detail?oriented, and intellectually curious—someone who enjoys problem?solving, process improvement, and working with complex financial and contract data. In this role, you will provide financial oversight for revenue forecasting, develop actionable dashboards, and help modernize invoicing and reporting systems through automation and data?driven insights.

This position partners closely with internal subject?matter experts and stakeholders, helping to translate contract terms into scalable, efficient, and reliable billing and reporting solutions.

Key Responsibilities
Process Optimization & Innovation
  • Identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements to invoicing, tracking, and reporting workflows
  • Support automation and system enhancements to increase accuracy and operational efficiency

Contract & Financial Management
  • Track, validate, and record actual and forecasted activity in alignment with contractual terms
  • Monitor contract milestones and payment triggers to support accurate and timely billing
  • Provide financial insights to support revenue forecasting and portfolio analysis

Analytics & Reporting
  • Design, develop, and maintain standardized and ad hoc contract management dashboards
  • Create financial and revenue analytics tools that surface trends, gaps, and risks
  • Ensure reporting evolves with business needs and stakeholder expectations

Data Strategy & System Integrity
  • Identify and leverage appropriate data sources to support reliable financial reporting
  • Maintain accurate, up?to?date, and actionable data within departmental systems

Cross?Functional Collaboration
  • Partner with internal teams to define metrics and implement updated reporting solutions
  • Support change management initiatives, including documentation and training materials

Stakeholder & Partner Engagement
  • Build and maintain strong working relationships through clear written and verbal communication
  • Serve as a trusted point of contact for financial and contract?related inquiries

Required Skills & Core Competencies

Technical Proficiency
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
  • Comfortable using Microsoft and Google Workspace tools
  • Experience reviewing, interpreting, and working with contractual documents is a strong plus

Education & Experience
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, life sciences, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 2–5 years of experience in data analytics or financial analysis
  • Preference for experience within healthcare, diagnostics, or life sciences environments
