Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize tasks.Position OverviewWe are seeking dependable and motivated Warehouse Workers to join our growing operations team in Charlotte, NC. This role is responsible for supporting warehouse and inventory functions within a fast-paced production environment. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in packing, production, shipping, receiving, or warehouse operations and be comfortable working in a team-oriented setting while maintaining accuracy and productivity standards.Key Responsibilities Work a 2nd shift schedule (Sunday–Thursday, 3:00 PM–11:30 PM EST) with flexibility for overtime as needed. Perform warehouse and inventory management duties, including proper storage of products and supplies. Ensure appropriate refrigeration and storage of temperature-sensitive products. Monitor, adjust, and calibrate equipment as required. Prepare and assemble daily shipping boxes and packaging materials. Create, update, and correct shipping labels as needed. Transport packages to shipping, mail, and courier departments. Receive incoming inventory and verify accurate product receipt. Monitor inventory levels and maintain accurate inventory records within company systems. Assist with inventory discrepancy investigations and resolutions. Maintain organized and compliant storage practices. Perform cycle counts and support inventory accuracy initiatives. Process, pack, and ship outgoing orders accurately and efficiently. Ensure all required materials, supplies, and documentation are included with shipments. Follow all company safety, quality, and operational procedures.Work EnvironmentThis position works as part of a team of approximately 20 warehouse professionals in a fast-paced operational environment.
