Pharmacy Technician II Compensation
• The pay for this position is $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
• A 401(k) with a company match is available to full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates
• The required availability for this position is Monday – Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:30 PM
• This position is fully onsite at 1810 Summit Commerce Park, Twinsburg, OH
• Must have reliable transportation (not a remote role)
• Fulfill prescription medical device orders and coordinate shipping
• Prepare and repackage medical devices accurately
• Maintain inventory and ensure products are within date
• Perform prescription order entry and insurance billing
• Handle inbound and outbound patient calls
• Make outbound calls to physicians and coordinate care
• Communicate professionally with patients, team members, and vendors
• Follow all standard operating procedures and quality guidelines
• High School Diploma or GED
• Attendance is mandatory for the first 90 days
• 2+ years of pharmacy technician experience (retail, LTC, or mail order)
• Active Ohio Board of Pharmacy registration required
• CPhT certification (Ohio or National) required
• Must provide proof of up-to-date continuing education (CEs)
Pharmacy Technician II Preferences
• Billing experience preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
