Job Title: Pharmacy Tech I – Filling (Fulfillment / Picking & Packing)

Payrate: $20.14 an hr

Job Summary

Under the direct supervision of a pharmacist, you will select, pick, and package medications and supplies in preparation for shipment to patients. You’ll also support recordkeeping and inventory control processes. This is a highly physical role in a production/warehouse-style pharmacy environment (conveyor belts/machinery).

What You’ll Do

• Pick and package medications and supplies for patient shipments
• Perform required recordkeeping and documentation
• Assist with inventory control processes as needed
• Cross-train and assist with Materials Coordinator duties as needed

• Required Qualifications

  • Active California Pharmacy Technician License (required) (national certification alone is not accepted)
  • Verifiable High School Diploma or GED
  • Able to work the scheduled shift consistently

  Physical & Work Environment Requirements (Must Be Able To)

  • Stand/walk for 8–10 hours per shift
  • Repeatedly lift 5–10 lbs throughout shift
  • Occasionally lift up to 50–70 lbs (required; ~5–10% of the workday)
  • Work near moving machinery (e.g., conveyor belts); moderate noise level
  • Wear protective equipment/clothing if required
