Shift: Full-Time; Monday–Friday; varied 8-hour shifts between 7:00 AM–5:30 PM; No weekends or holidays

Join the Inpatient Pharmacy team at Marshalltown Hospital and play an important role in supporting safe, accurate, and timely patient care throughout the hospital. Responsibilities:
- Prepare, package, label, and distribute medications under pharmacist supervision
- Deliver medications and restock automated medication dispensing systems throughout the hospital
- Support medication order processing and pharmacy workflow operations
- Assist with medication compounding and preparation activities
- Maintain pharmacy inventory, monitor stock levels, and remove outdated medications
- Receive and process medication deliveries from wholesalers and suppliers
- Enter and update patient and medication information within pharmacy systems
- Collaborate with pharmacists and healthcare teams to support safe patient care
- Assist with routine pharmacy operations and departmental tasks as needed
Qualifications:
Education:
- High school diploma (or GED)
License(s)/Certification(s):
- Registered with the Iowa Board of Pharmacy as a Certified Pharmacy Technician
- National Pharmacy Technician Certification
