Pharmacy Technician (Fulfillment)

Location: Frisco, TX 75033 (On-site)
Pay: $16.50–$22.00/hr (W2)
Schedule: Monday–Friday availability 7:00 AM–6:30 PM ; must be able to close at least 1 night/week (10:00 AM–6:30 PM)

Job Summary

A-Line Staffing is hiring a Pharmacy Technician to support prescription preparation and distribution in a fast-paced pharmacy environment. You’ll work with a fulfillment system, resolve prescription exceptions, and assist with inbound/outbound calls as needed.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and distribution of prescription drug products
Prepare prescription medications using the fulfillment system
Process prescription exceptions (including claim rejects , and member/physician outreach )
Enter member demographics and prescription data into the system
Research and resolve rejected insurance billing and escalated member issues
Escalate clinical/prescription questions to the pharmacist as needed
Support inbound/outbound patient or physician calls
Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements
- High school diploma/GED
- 2–4 years pharmacy technician experience
- Active Pharmacy Registration & Certification as required by the state
- - Trainee license accepted (must have at least 1 year before expiration)
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment
Physical Requirements
- Ability to stand 8+ hours
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs (with cart assistance)
- Able to bend, squat, twist, and reach
- Comfortable with repetitive work
