Location: Everett, WA 98203 (Onsite – Central Fill/Production Pharmacy)
Schedule: Sunday 7:00am–3:30pm ; Monday–Thursday 1:00pm–9:30pm (40 hrs/week)
Pay Rate: $15.00/hr (W2)
Job Type: Temporary (approx. 26 weeks ), potential to convert to full-time

We’re hiring a Pharmacy Technician for a fast-paced Central Fill pharmacy operation supporting a large national retail chain. This is a production environment (pick/pack/ship) with no patient interaction, no phones, and no insurance work . You’ll work under the supervision of a Pharmacist to help prepare, package, and distribute prescriptions while maintaining accuracy, safety, and workflow efficiency.

• Fill prescription vials with tablets/capsules by following system prompts and shelf labeling
• Count/calculate quantities accurately (basic math required)
• Replenish automated dispensing cells (scan product barcodes; enter lot/expiration details)
• Perform quality checks to prevent cross-contamination and identify expired/damaged product
• Prepare cold-chain/specialty prescriptions per handling and packing requirements
• Assist with packing and shipping prescriptions
• Complete cycle counts and support inventory discrepancy research
• Escalate issues as needed and help maintain daily production goals
• Follow HIPAA and standard pharmacy procedures to protect patient safety/privacy

• Active Pharmacy Technician License
• National certification : PTCB or ExCPT
• Ability to work the posted onsite schedule
• Comfortable with repetitive tasks in a high-volume, safety-first environment
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Experience in a fast-paced production/warehouse-style environment
• Familiarity with automated pharmacy systems
