Pharmacy Technician Compensation: pay $18.95/hr ; benefits available after 90 days; 401(k) match available after 1 year (eligibility requirements apply)

Pharmacy Technician Highlights:

• Contract (current end date noted as 9/30/2026 ) with potential to convert to FTE based on attendance/performance/business needs
• On-site only in Jeffersonville, IN
• Schedule (1st shift):
  • Monday 8:00am–6:30pm
  • Tuesday–Friday 10:00am–7:30pm
  • Saturday 12:00pm–8:30pm
• Multiple openings (job is looking to fill 11 positions )

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

• Prepare, measure/count, package, and label prescription medications for dispensing
• Replenish medication in automated cells (opening larger quantities of bottles/cases)
• Maintain an organized, clean dispensing area
• Inventory support including stock rotation to prevent expired meds
• Follow all pharmacy laws/regulations; maintain HIPAA/confidentiality
• Assist with record-keeping/documentation related to prescriptions/medications

Pharmacy Technician Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days

• Active Indiana (or national) Pharmacy Technician license
• Previous pharmacy experience
• Strong attention to detail; quality-focused; stays on task; accountability; team-oriented
• Ability to stand/walk entire shift and lift/carry (commonly 20–30 lbs , with some extended carrying)

Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications

• Strong reliability/attendance and comfort working in a fast-paced, process-driven environment
• Experience with medication dispensing workflow and inventory practices
