NOW HIRING!! A-Line is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Pharmacy Technician to support prescription fulfillment operations in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This role works closely with licensed pharmacists to ensure accurate, timely, and compliant dispensing of medications while maintaining strict quality and safety standards.

Pharmacy Technician
Location: Jeffersonville, IN
Work Type: Onsite Only
Pay: $19.95 ($18.95/hr + $1.00 Shift Differential)

Shift Schedule:

• Monday: 1:00 PM – 11:30 PM
• Tuesday – Friday: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM
• Saturday: 12:00 PM – 8:30 PM

Key Responsibilities

Medication Dispensing

• Prepare, label, and package prescription medications accurately
• Measure, count, and verify medications based on prescription orders
• Replenish automated dispensing systems with medications and supplies
• Ensure proper labeling and patient usage instructions
• Maintain a clean, organized, and efficient dispensing workstation

Inventory Management

• Perform routine stock rotation to prevent expired medications
• Assist with inventory replenishment and organization

Compliance & Documentation

• Follow all federal, state, and local pharmacy regulations
• Maintain strict HIPAA compliance and patient confidentiality
• Support accurate recordkeeping and documentation processes

Operational Support

• Work collaboratively with pharmacy team members to meet production goals
• Maintain focus and consistency in a fast-paced workflow environment

Minimum Qualifications

• Active Indiana Pharmacy Technician License (required)
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Previous pharmacy experience required
• Must live within a reasonable commuting distance of Jeffersonville, IN
• Ability to work fully onsite (no remote or hybrid option)
• Basic math, reading, and writing skills

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand and walk for the entire shift
• Ability to lift and carry:
• • 20–30 lbs regularly over short distances
  • 15 lbs consistently over extended periods
• Ability to select items from shelves and transport to fulfillment lines
