Job Title: Pharmacy Technician

Location: Canton
Pay Rate: $18.00/hour

The Pharmacy Technician Fulfillment role supports the preparation and distribution of prescription medications. This position plays a key role in ensuring accurate processing of prescriptions, resolving insurance issues, and assisting pharmacists in delivering high-quality patient care.

• Process prescription exceptions, including resolving claim rejects and coordinating with members and physicians
• Enter patient demographics and prescription information into the system with accuracy
• Research and resolve insurance billing issues and escalated cases
• Escalate clinical questions to the Pharmacist for proper review and direction
• Assist with inbound and outbound calls to patients and healthcare providers
• Support daily pharmacy operations and perform additional duties as assigned

  Qualifications
  
  • High School Diploma required
  • 2–4 years of Pharmacy Technician experience preferred
  • Current Pharmacy Technician registration and certification as required by the state
  • Basic computer skills and ability to navigate data systems
