Pharmacy Technician Compensation: pay $18.95/hr + $1.00 shift differential ; benefits after 90 days; 401(k) match after 1 year (eligibility dates)

Pharmacy Technician Highlights: contract w/ potential perm based on attendance/performance/business needs; required availability:

• Mon 1:00pm–11:30pm
• Tue–Fri 2:00pm–11:00pm
• Sat 12:00pm–8:30pm
  (2nd shift, onsite)

Pharmacy Technician Responsibilities

• Prepare, label, measure, count, and package prescription medications
• Replenish medication in automated cells (opening large quantities of bottles/cases)
• Maintain an organized/clean dispensing area
• Inventory support including stock rotation to prevent expirations
• Follow federal/state/local regulations; maintain HIPAA compliance
• Assist with record-keeping and documentation related to prescriptions/medications

Pharmacy Technician Requirements: High School Diploma/GED; attendance mandatory first 90 days

• Must have 1 of the following licenses/certs: (1) IN Pharmacy Technician License (2) IN Tech-in-Training License (3) National Pharmacy Certification (CPhT)
• Previous pharmacy experience
• Excellent attention to detail; quality-focused; stays on task; accountable; team-oriented
• Able to stand/walk throughout the entire shift
• Able to lift/carry 20–30 lbs short distances and 15 lbs regularly
• Reliable transportation / able to commute onsite

Pharmacy Technician Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in a high-volume pharmacy, distribution, or production environment
• Strong basic math/reading/writing skills
