- PharmD
- Demonstrated leadership experience with at least 1–3 years in a supervisory, manager, or team lead role within a healthcare or pharmacy setting, including responsibility for staff development, workflow oversight, and operational performance
- Delivering pharmacy services directly to consumers
- Utilize pharmacy staff and support personnel
- Plan, direct and implement in-house pharmacy activities of the subordinate pharmacy coordinators
- Participate in interviews for pharmacy staff positions
- Assist with the maintenance of pharmacy records
- Serve as a communication link with pharmacy staff and leaders of other pharmacy practice areas
- Governing all aspects of the practice of pharmacy
- Affect image of the hospital and/or pharmacy
- Supervise all activities of pharmacist and pharmacy technicians
- Hire, train, and supervise 40+ pharmacy technicians and pharmacy technician student employees
- Assist in the overall success of the pharmacy department
- Participate in on-call responsibilities of the pharmacy department
- Manage and utilize pharmacy staff and support personnel
- Assist in training, evaluating and scheduling pharmacy staff
- Provide training and orientation to pharmacy representatives and others
- Serve as a communication link with pharmacy staff and leaders of other pharmacy practice areas
- Participate in outstanding customer service and accept responsibility in maintaining relationships
- Serve as a communication link with pharmacy staff, leaders of other pharmacy practice areas, and leaders across the pharmacy system
- Escalated pharmacy audit appeals and disputes are appropriately responded
- Participate in on-call responsibilities of the pharmacy department
