Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) – Home Infusion
We're seeking an experienced Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) to lead a fast-growing home infusion and long-term care pharmacy in Tyler, TX.
This is a hands-on leadership role for a pharmacist with infusion experience who enjoys being in the workflow while guiding daily operations and supporting a growing clinical team.

Requirements:
- Active Pharmacist license (TX or eligible)
- Home infusion or clinical infusion experience
