Job Summary

The Pharmacy Business Office Specialist supports daily pharmacy billing and revenue cycle operations by preparing, verifying, correcting, and submitting electronic insurance claims in accordance with state, federal, and payor requirements. This role ensures accurate posting of payments, timely resolution of billing discrepancies, and proper maintenance of accounts receivable and related financial documentation. The position may also assist with clerical, receptionist, and general business office functions to support smooth pharmacy operations.
