Pharmacy Assistant – Fulfillment

LOCATION: Fort Worth, TX 76177 | Onsite

COMPENSATION & SCHEDULE

• Pay: $18.50/hour
• Schedule: Monday–Friday, with occasional Tuesday–Saturday rotation as business needs require
• Employment Type: Contract (W2)

ROLE IMPACT

Join a fast-paced pharmacy fulfillment team that helps ensure medications and patient supplies are packaged accurately and delivered on time. Success in this role means maintaining quality, safety, and compliance while supporting efficient shipping operations and contributing to a clean, organized pharmacy environment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Prepare, pack, and ship medications and pharmacy supplies while maintaining product integrity, sterility, and stability.
• Review shipping manifests, verify delivery information, and coordinate shipping updates with the pharmacy team.
• Restock medications, packing supplies, coolers, and ice packs while maintaining inventory organization.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and secure pharmacy, packing area, and storage spaces, including end-of-day reset procedures.
• Reconcile shipping documentation and invoices, prepare usage reports, and support daily fulfillment operations.

LICENSES & CERTIFICATIONS

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No pharmacy license required.
• Ability to comply with applicable pharmacy policies, procedures, and state regulations.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience in shipping, packing, and dock operations required.
• Ability to stand and perform physical work for up to 95% of the workday, including lifting and moving boxes weighing up to 25 pounds.
• Reliable transportation to work onsite five days per week.

PREFERRED SKILLS

• Experience in mail service, pharmacy fulfillment, or specialty pharmacy operations.
• Inventory management experience with strong organization and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask, work under pressure, and contribute to continuous process improvement.
