Why join this team? The Clinical Pharmacist Specialist will support our various Ambulatory Services, including Medication Therapy Management, Osteoporosis clinic and Advanced Care Clinic. The aim is to get to know what is important to our patients, define a set of goals, and work together to achieve those goals and enhance a person's overall quality of life. Scripps Ambulatory Clinical Pharmacy Services collaborate with physician specialists to assist with improving the long-term health and quality of life of our patients. This is a unique opportunity and is ideal for someone with ambulatory patient care management experience who is interested in working in various ambulatory care settings.
