An Arizona-licensed pharmacist role is available to support a compounding lab in the Phoenix area. This contract-to-hire position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment focusing on compounding pharmacy. While prior compounding experience is not required, training in non-sterile compounding will be provided. Upon conversion to permanent employment, benefits including 401(k) and paid time off become available.
Schedule:
- Full-time, 40 hours per week
- Shifts aligned with business needs
- Evening shift (Closers): Monday through Friday, 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM (set shift)

Responsibilities:- Supervise pharmacy technicians to ensure smooth lab operations
- Verify prescriptions and oversee the compounding processes
- Maintain compliance with USP standards and Board of Pharmacy regulations
Qualifications:- Active Arizona Pharmacist license in good standing with no disciplinary history
- Solid pharmacy experience demonstrating strong clinical and technical skills
- Flexibility to adapt to varied scheduling requirements
- Willingness to obtain additional state licenses if needed
