Pharmacy Management Team is seeking a compassionate, patient-centered Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) / Pharmacy Manager to manage and grow our Woodland pharmacy presence.
This role is responsible for:

• Managing clinic relationships
• Engaging with providers and clinical staff
• Delivering drug-related education
• Acting as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team
• Attending and contributing to clinical meetings

The PIC will lead pharmacy staff while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional patient outcomes.
Essential Job Functions
Patient Care & Clinical Support

• Provide medication education and counseling
• Support chronic and specialty condition management
• Engage with clinic providers and staff
• Participate in patient care meetings

• Supervise staff pharmacists and technicians

Required Education & Licensure

• Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
• Active, unrestricted Pharmacist License in the State of Pennsylvania
• Required credentialing per federal and state regulations

Required Experience

• Minimum 3–5 years retail pharmacy management experience (Required)
• Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
• Experience supervising pharmacy staff

Preferred Experience & Skills

• 340B knowledge (Preferred but not required)
• 3+ years related pharmacy experience
• Bilingual – English & Spanish preferred
• Immunization certification preferred
• Vaccination administration experience
• Experience implementing pharmacy growth strategies
• Strong patient service orientation
• Excellent oral & written communication skills
