Pharmacist in Charge (PIC) / Pharmacy Manager to manage and grow our Woodland pharmacy presence.
This role is responsible for:- Managing clinic relationships
- Engaging with providers and clinical staff
- Delivering drug-related education
- Acting as a member of the interdisciplinary patient care team
- Attending and contributing to clinical meetings
The PIC will lead pharmacy staff while ensuring regulatory compliance, operational excellence, and exceptional patient outcomes.

Required Education & Licensure- Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy or Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD)
- Active, unrestricted Pharmacist License in the State of Pennsylvania
- Required credentialing per federal and state regulations
Required Experience- Minimum 3–5 years retail pharmacy management experience (Required)
- Strong leadership, communication, and management skills
- Experience supervising pharmacy staff
Preferred Experience & Skills- 340B knowledge (Preferred but not required)
- 3+ years related pharmacy experience
- Bilingual – English & Spanish preferred
- Immunization certification preferred
- Vaccination administration experience
- Experience implementing pharmacy growth strategies
- Strong patient service orientation
- Excellent oral & written communication skills
