Summary
Our client is seeking a Pharmacist Manager to lead an infusion pharmacy with full operational control. This role is ideal for a clinically driven leader with strong business acumen who can manage independently, ensure compliance, and deliver top-tier patient care—without daily oversight.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee all pharmacy operations, staffing, training, and workflow optimization
- Ensure regulatory compliance (USP <797>, HIPAA, state/federal) and survey readiness
- Lead clinical programs and care plans in collaboration with prescribers
- Manage insurance processes including benefits verification, prior auths, and appeals
- Partner with billing teams to reduce denials and accelerate reimbursement
- Strengthen referral relationships and drive service expansion
- Track performance metrics and implement strategic improvements
- PharmD and active license in good standing
- 3–5 years of infusion experience, including 2+ in a leadership role
- Deep knowledge of insurance and reimbursement workflows
- Proven ability to lead teams and drive results
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills
