Pharmacist in Charge

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily pharmacy operations and ensure efficient workflow
• Maintain full compliance with all applicable state and federal regulations
• Ensure adherence to USP standards, including USP , , and
• Supervise, train, and manage pharmacy staff, including performance oversight
• Develop, implement, and maintain policies and procedures for safe medication handling and dispensing
• Manage inventory and ensure proper control of pharmaceutical supplies
• Serve as the primary point of contact for regulatory agencies and inspections
• Support business growth initiatives, including expansion into new markets

• Active Pharmacist license in Arizona (required)
• Multi-state licensure required; candidates must either hold licenses in multiple states or be willing and able to obtain additional licensure as needed
• Previous experience as a Pharmacist in Charge or in a leadership role preferred
• Compounding experience strongly preferred
• In-depth knowledge of USP , , and standards
• Strong understanding of state and federal pharmacy laws and regulations
• Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills

• Must be physically present on-site during all pharmacy operating hours
