The Pharmacist collaborates with various departments and the Director of Pharmacy to provide high quality care to patients.III. QUALIFICATIONS:Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) degree from an accredited institution.Current and valid pharmacy license.Experience with 340B program preferred.Strong understanding of pharmacy regulations and compliance requirements.Excellent organizational and communication skills.Detail-oriented with a commitment to delivering high-quality patient care.VI. SUPPORTIVE/ RESPONSIBILITIES:Review and execute provider's prescriptions checking their appropriateness and legality.Organize the pharmacy in an efficient manner.Monitors the medication condition to prevent expiring or deterioration.Listens carefully to patients to interpret their needs and issues and offer information and advice.Prepares medicine when appropriate using correct dosages and material for each patient.Keeps records of patient history up to date.Keeps up to date of advancements in medicine.Complies with all applicable legal rules, regulations, and procedures.Any other duties assigned by the Director of Pharmacy.
