A-Line Staffing is now hiring a MTM Pharmacist in Columbia, SC. The Pharmacist will be working for a Fortune 500 company and has career growth potential. This would be full time / 40+ hours per week.

Compensation:
• The pay for this position is $58.06 per hour -biweekly
• Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment
Highlights:
• Shift: Monday – Friday with an 8-hour shift scheduled between 8:00 AM – 6:00 PM
• This position is a 5 month contract assignment with potential to extend or convert permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs
• Onsite position at a home infusion pharmacy in Columbia, SC
• On-call rotation may be required
Responsibilities:
• Deliver drug information to nurses, physicians, and other healthcare providers
• Advise medical teams on drug interactions, contraindications, and proper medication therapy
• Support pharmacy workflow optimization, inventory management, and patient experience initiatives
• Monitor medication and supply storage and inventory processes
• Conduct clinical and wellness services including immunizations, diagnostic testing, and disease state management
• Collaborate with insurance companies and medical providers while participating in third-party audits
• Build strong relationships within the local medical community to enhance service delivery and company recognition
• Support development and training of Pharmacy Support Staff
• Promote customer service best practices across the pharmacy team
• Maintain compliance with all pharmacy regulations and patient safety standards
Requirements:
• Active South Carolina Pharmacist license in good standing required
• Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD required
• Minimum of less than 5 years of work experience required
• 1 year of home infusion or hospital pharmacy experience preferred
• Epic system knowledge is a plus
• Strong organizational, interpersonal, and detail-oriented skills required
• Advanced problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Advanced knowledge of medical terminology
• Strong collaboration and teamwork abilities
• Advanced digital literacy skills
• Ability to balance priorities and support efficient pharmacy operations
Education:
• Required: Bachelor’s Degree in Pharmacy or PharmD
• Required: Active South Carolina Pharmacist License in good standing
