Minimum Qualifications:
- Pharm D. from a college of Pharmacy
- Working knowledge of drug therapy and disease state management
Licensure, Registration, Certification
- Current license/eligibility by the Alabama State Board of Pharmacy (ALBoP)*
- Parenteral license/eligible*
- Board certification or eligibility to obtain certification within 1 year
*Permanent licenses will be required within six months of placement into position
Desired Qualifications:
- Completion of a PGY1 or PGY2 specialty residency in Emergency Medicine or Critical Care
Licensure, Registration, Certification:
- Added qualifications or certifications in area of specialty
