Review, prepare, and dispense medications to ensure safe and accurate therapy.
Provide clinical pharmacy consultations to physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals.
Monitor patient responses and adjust medication regimens based on evidence-based guidelines.
Educate patients and families on medication use, safety, and adherence.
Support pharmacy residents, students, and interns through teaching and mentorship.
Contribute to hospital initiatives including quality improvement, patient safety, and clinical research.
Doctor of Pharmacy (PharmD) from an accredited institution.
Current Florida Pharmacist License (or eligibility for licensure).
PGY1 or PGY2 residency preferred; clinical experience in a hospital or health system strongly desired.
Strong communication, problem-solving, and collaboration skills.
