- Bachelors Degree in Pharmacy from an accredited school of Pharmacy
- State licensure as a Pharmacist and any relevant life support certification as determined at position level

Clinical Pharmacist Responsibilities:
- Ensure medications are prescribed accurately, dispensed, and administered according to best practices
- Provide drug information and counseling to patients and caregivers regarding medication use, accurate dosage, potential side effects, and administration instructions
- Stay current with updated medication formularies, new drug therapies, treatment protocols, and emerging medical research through continuous professional development and clinical education
- Communicate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to facilitate collaborative care to ensure optimal outcomes
