Now hiring for Night Shift — 12-hour rotating schedule (3 days one week, 4 days the next), including at least one weekend day.

What you will do

  • Operate and monitor pharmaceutical manufacturing equipment used to mix, fill, and package medications 
  • Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and maintain GMP and cleanroom standards 
  • Accurately measure ingredients and document production data 
  • Disassemble, clean, sanitize, and reassemble equipment between production runs 
  • Perform routine equipment inspections, maintenance, and safety checks 
  • Work closely with teammates to meet production, quality, and safety goals 
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement and operational excellence 
  • Help ensure patients receive safe, high-quality medicines they can depend on 

What we are looking for

  • High School diploma or GED

  • Ability to work 12-hour shifts, including nights and weekends

  • Strong attention to detail and communication skills

  • Comfortable wearing Personal Protective Equipment (PPE)

  • Ability to lift and move equipment safely

  • Willingness to learn and work in a regulated environment

  • Ability to pass background check, drug screen, and physical exam

  • Manufacturing, production, food processing, warehouse, biotech, pharmaceutical, military, or technical experience is a plus—but not . We provide the training you need to succeed.
