The Overnight (ON) Team Member is responsible for preparing the resort for the next operating day while ensuring the safety, comfort, and well-being of all pets in our care.
This role combines facility readiness, cleaning and organization, and overnight monitoring. It plays a critical part in ensuring that the resort is fully prepared for the morning team and that all pets remain safe and well cared for throughout the night.

What You’ll Be Exceptional At
Facility Readiness & Attention to Detail
- Cleaning and resetting play areas, suites, and common spaces to a high standard
- Preparing rooms for incoming guests and ensuring all spaces are organized and ready for the next day
- Maintaining a clean, sanitary, and well-structured environment throughout the shift
- Completing tasks thoroughly and consistently without shortcuts
Guest Care & Overnight Monitoring
- Conducting routine walkthroughs to ensure all pets are safe, comfortable, and secure
- Observing behavior and identifying any concerns related to health, comfort, or environment
- Supporting basic care needs, including cat care and preparation of meals for the morning
- Escalating any concerns clearly and appropriately
- Consistency overnight ensures a seamless experience in the morning.
What You’ll Be Comfortable With
- Supporting occasional check-ins, check-outs, or guest inquiries when needed
- Maintaining awareness of overall resort activity, even during quieter hours
- Communicating clearly with Team Leads and the morning team regarding status, priorities, and any issues
- Supporting smooth shift transitions and ensuring alignment across teams
