What the Job Entails:
- Managing Staff/Training
- Ability to Show Unbiased Judgment When Managing People and Disciplinary Action.
- Employee Management Hiring/Dismissal and Incident Reports
- Enforcing Company Policies
- Making Schedule for Employees/Customers
- Customers Service In Person, Phone, Social Media, Email and Text
- Running Register/Balancing Transactions Every Day
- Monthly Inventory
- Deposits
- Pick Up Supplies
- Check Clients In and Out
- Making Appointment sheets
- Calling Vets
- Help Holding Cats and Dogs When Needed
- Daily Cleaning Duties and Ensuring Cleaning is Done Daily
- Other Duties as Assigned
The Manager position would work best if the candidate already has Grooming Experience since you will need to speak with clients about grooming requirements and how we go about doing our job, but not Required. This is a salaried position and requires a background check.

- MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE in Management
- MUST HAVE PRIOR EXPERIENCE with Scheduling Appointments and Customer Relationship Skills
