What You'll Do (Your Mission)

As a Pest Service Specialist, you will be the hero customers rely on to keep their homes and businesses pest-free. You will:

• Provide interior and exterior pest control services using sprays, baits, traps, and Integrated Pest Management strategies

• Inspect homes and properties to identify pest issues and recommend solutions

• Install and monitor Sentricon systems and termite treatments

• Assist teammates by covering routes during PTO or staffing shortages

• Perform bed bug treatments (steam, liquid, or heat applications)

• Install wildlife traps, seal entry points, apply TAP insulation, and perform light exclusion work

• Work in attics, crawl spaces, rooftops, and on ladders up to 40 ft

• Communicate clearly with customers before, during, and after service

• Maintain your service vehicle, tools, and paperwork

• Identify additional service needs and generate leads or proposals

• Participate in ongoing training and development

What You Need to Qualify

• High School diploma or equivalent

• Valid driver’s license; must be 18+

• Ability to pass:

  • 7‑year criminal background check

  • Substance abuse testing

  • 3‑year motor vehicle report meeting insurance requirements

• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical tasks (climb, crawl, kneel, stoop, etc.)

• Strong communication skills (phone, in‑person, written)

• Basic math skills

• Ability to work Saturdays

• Must work safely and remain alert — this is a safety‑sensitive position

Full-Time | Compensation is based on experience, skills, certifications and business needs.

Work Week | Work Hours

Monday – Friday, occasional Saturdays | 7:30am – 5:00pm
