Minimum Requirements (Simplified)

• High school diploma or equivalent
• No prior experience required (entry-level friendly)
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to obtain certifications:
  • Pesticide license (within 90 days – company pays)
  • CDL with Hazmat endorsement (required)
  • Kansas pest control licenses: 7B and 7E
• Comfortable working independently in the field
• Able to manage a route-based schedule
• Willing to work some weekends & holidays
