Pest Control Technician

Central Arkansas Pest Services is hiring multiple full-time Pest Control Technicians who enjoy solving unique problems, working independently, and making a real difference for customers. WHAT TO KNOW ABOUT BECOMING OUR PEST CONTROL TECHNICIAN:

In this role, you'll meet with clients to learn about their structural pest issues and clearly express how we can serve their needs. Through our comprehensive training program, you'll learn about the different types and behaviors of common pests and learn how to apply IPM (integrated pest management) techniques to remove them from the property. You'll investigate for signs of activity and take the appropriate actions based on the type of pest. Professionalism, thoroughness, and time management will be crucial.

To Qualify, You'll Need:

• Ability to pass a state certification exam after your training period
• Valid driver's license
• Ability to lift 50 lbs, wear a respirator, and pass a medical fitness exam
• Working knowledge of the Central Arkansas region
• Coachable mindset and a motivation to keep learning
• Professional communication and customer service skills
• Experience is preferred but not required for this entry-level role

WHAT WE'RE OFFERING:

• Earning potential of $45,000 - $60,000 per year based on performance and incentives
• Company-provided vehicle
• 6 weeks of paid training ($15.00 - $18.00/hour)
• Established route with no door-to-door sales
• Full-time benefits like health insurance and PTO
