Pest Control Specialist to join our Residential Services team.

What You'll Do:
- Perform residential pest control services in accordance with company standards and state regulations.
- Inspect homes and identify pest activity, entry points, and conducive conditions.
- Educate homeowners on treatment plans, prevention methods, and service recommendations.
- Apply pest control products safely and effectively.
- Complete service documentation accurately using the company software.
- Build strong customer relationships through professionalism, communication, and reliability.
- Maintain company vehicle, equipment, and inventory.
What We're Looking For:
- Excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Ability to work independently and manage a daily route.
- Comfortable working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to lift, carry, and use equipment as needed.
- Pest control experience is preferred, but we're willing to train the right candidate.
