Responsibilities:- Evaluate each residence for red flags of potential infestations, such as bed bugs, termites, rodents, vermin, or other pests
- Wear protective equipment and follow all safety guidelines and instructions when using power spraying equipment and fumigation equipment
- Determine and explain the most efficient way to eliminate an infestation, whether the method is pesticide use, blockages, mechanical traps, or other methods
- Fill out paperwork after every job to ensure we have a record of our services
- Spray the necessary pesticides in appropriate areas of infestation
Qualifications:- One year experience as a pest control technician
- United States driver's license and clean driving record
- High school graduate or equivalent
- Able to pass a background check
- Superb customer service skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Willingness to obtain a Pest Control License
- Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs, climbing stairs, accessing and exiting roof or attic areas utilizing a ladder, and going into crawl spaces
- Must have a mobile device with service to use pest control apps
