Daily Responsibilities:
- Provide pest control consultations on-site at various accounts
- Conduct thorough inspections of residential properties to assess pest presence and damage
- Communicate effectively with homeowners, homebuyers, and agents
- Create detailed diagrams and graphs of infestations
- Perform sales solicitations and offer accurate estimates
- Coordinate daily activities with department secretaries and branch personnel
- Ensure timely submission of all paperwork and collections
- Maintain and prioritize the cleanliness and safety of company-issued equipment and vehicles
- Comply with all company procedures and applicable laws for the safety of clients and the public
Job Requirements:
- Valid driver's license
- Registered Pest Control Technician license for the state of Virginia
- Physically capable of standing, walking, and sitting frequently
- Comfort working outdoors in varying weather and around EPA-approved pesticides with provided safety equipment
