POSITION OVERVIEW
We are looking for an experienced positive and passionate personal trainer who knows about all facets of wellness. In this role you are expected to build a clientele of both 11 and small group individuals. You will be expected to engage in communication tracking and retention. The ideal candidate would exude leadership skills, confidence, humility, and collaborative efforts.
ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES
• Build a client base by conducting orientations and providing personal training sessions. • Perform fitness assessments to determine clients level of fitness. • Develop, implement, tailored exercise regimens that meet clients needs. • Motivate and inspire clients to achieve results and reach goals. • Communicate and follow-up with clients. • Wear a corporate building-approved uniform for each specific LIVunLtd location where you are working. Adhere and adapt to all current and new LIVunLtd policies, procedures, and initiatives. • Report any unsafe conditions or situations that require your managers attention. • Perform other additional duties and responsibilities specific to the location building and upon the request of your manager.
SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in personal training. An accredited fitness training certification as well as a current CPR/AED certification. Enthusiastic, passionate, and knowledgeable about the fitness industry. Excellent communication and customer service skills. Specialize in multiple disciplines, including but limited to: • TRX • Kettlebells • HIIT • Injury prevention • Yoga • Pilates • Weight loss • Strength training

COMPENSATION
The personal trainer position with LIVunLtd pays $20-30 per hour. Being the third-party nature of LIVunLtd salaries are dependent on the location of the position and experience level.
