Are you ready to inspire, empower, and lead? Outlaw FitCamp is coming to Frisco’s Rail District, and we’re looking for energetic personal trainers who want to make a real impact from day one.

Outlaw FitCamp is a boutique fitness studio offering 30-minute, coach-led HIIT group workouts and personal training. Our sessions combine strength and cardio in a high-energy, small-group environment designed for all fitness levels. We focus on real coaching, proper form, and delivering results in a fast, effective format.

This is a unique opportunity to join a new studio launch and help build a strong fitness community. Whether leading high-energy FitCamp classes or coaching one-on-one, you’ll help clients build strength, confidence, and consistency.

Responsibilities - Hybrid Trainer (Group & Personal Trainer) 
  •  Lead coach-led 30-minute FitCamp group workouts 
  •  Provide personal training sessions and small group sessions 
  •  Create customized programs for clients of all fitness levels 
  •  Build strong relationships with members to support retention and results 
  •  Motivate and guide clients toward their fitness goals

Qualifications
  • Certified Personal Trainer (CPT or equivalent)
  • Must be CPR & AED certified
  • Experience in personal training 
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills 
  • Positive, energetic, and reliable 
  • Must pass background check
  • Passion for helping others improve their health and confidence
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
