Responsibilities
- Provide personal care and support to clients, including assistance with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.
- Assist with meal preparation and feeding as needed.
- Monitor clients’ health and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients.
- Offer companionship and emotional support to enhance clients’ quality of life.
- Document care provided and communicate effectively with supervisors and families.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Personal Support Worker or similar role is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a care team.
- Compassionate, patient, and respectful towards clients.
- Relevant certifications or training in personal support or healthcare is an asset.
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
