- Large independent agency is looking to grow its operation in Orlando. Salary of $45K and the ability to increase the yearly salary up to $150K with bonuses.
- Production metrics required are a minimum of 50 bound policies per month and cross-sell compliance on 90% of the calls.
- All leads are provided; no cold calling. Need a minimum of one year of property and casualty insurance, specifically writing homeowners insurance.
- Office hours are 9–6 Monday through Friday and Saturdays on a rotating schedule, averaging about one Saturday a month. The position is in-office; there are no hybrid options.
