Personal Lines Supervisor

This role offers the chance to lead a dynamic personal insurance group while helping shape how clients are supported and how employees develop. You’ll partner with a collaborative leadership team and have the freedom to guide your group, influence processes, and strengthen team culture within a people-focused, growing organization.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Development
- Manage and coach a small team of client-facing professionals, fostering accountability and a service-driven mindset
- Set clear performance expectations and provide regular feedback to support growth and results
- Contribute to hiring, onboarding, and long-term team building
Training & Growth
- Support learning initiatives to strengthen product knowledge, client communication, and cross-selling abilities
- Identify emerging talent and assist with career pathing and succession planning
- Help create onboarding experiences that ensure new hires succeed quickly
Client Experience & Operations
- Lead by example in delivering proactive, high-quality service
- Recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and consistency
- Assist with complex client situations to ensure a positive experience
Qualifications
- Experience managing Personal Lines Accounts
- Active MA P&C license
- Demonstrated leadership experience with a focus on coaching and team development
- Organized, adaptable, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- Familiarity with Epic
