Responsibilities

  • Quote and sell personal lines insurance (auto, home, renters, etc.)
  • Follow up with inbound leads and warm prospects
  • Conduct coverage reviews and recommend better options
  • Cross-sell additional policies to maximize account value
  • Close deals efficiently and consistently
  • Maintain accurate notes in CRM

Requirements
  • Active Nevada Property & Casualty License (or willing to obtain)
  • Strong sales and communication skills
  • Ability to handle high call volume and follow-ups
  • Coachable, competitive, and goal-oriented
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a big plus
