Responsibilities
In This Role, You Will:
Convert incoming leads, referrals, online quote requests, and warm opportunities into new business
Build relationships and guide customers through coverage options
Follow up consistently and professionally with prospects
Utilize our CRM and automation tools to manage opportunities efficiently
Learn proven sales processes that improve close ratios and long-term retention
Work independently while receiving coaching and support from leadership

Active Texas Property & Casualty Insurance License required
Strong communication and relationship-building skills

Organized and comfortable managing multiple tasks
