Harders & Bradford Insurance Agency is looking for a skilled and service-oriented Personal Lines Account Manager to serve as the primary point of contact for our personal lines clients. In this role, you will manage an existing book of personal lines business including auto, home, umbrella, and related coverages while proactively identifying opportunities to round out accounts and deepen client relationships. Base salary: $50,000$59,800 based on experience ($24.00 $28.75/hr.), plus bonus opportunities for new policy sales.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary service contact for an assigned book of personal lines accounts, including auto, home, renters, and umbrella policies
Handle policy changes, endorsements, billing inquiries, and coverage questions with accuracy and professionalism
Assist clients with filing insurance claims and provide education on the impact of claims on premiums and coverage
Conduct account reviews prior to renewal to identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities, including life insurance and additional product lines
Proactively reach out to mono-line clients to discuss rounding out their accounts
Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the agency management system
Support client retention by building strong, trust-based relationships through consistent and responsive communication
Collaborate with producers and other team members to ensure seamless client experiences
Active Property & Casualty insurance license prior to start date (required)
Minimum 2 years of personal lines insurance experience in an agency or carrier environment (preferred)
Strong knowledge of personal lines coverages including auto, homeowners, renters, and personal umbrella (preferred)
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with a client-first approach
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; ability to manage a high volume of client interactions
Experience with agency management systems (preferred)
Team-oriented with the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
