Responsibilities

  • Assess inbound prospect's personal insurance needs and provide accurate insurance proposals

  • Generate Evidence of Insurance to all personal lines clients as needed.
  • Provide prompt, accurate, friendly service by responding to inquiries from existing policyholders regarding their insurance coverage, additional coverage options, policy changes, claim submission and procedures, rates, and billing questions
  • Evaluate, review, and remarket renewal policies for existing clients as needed
  • Provide accurate information to policyholders regarding policy terms and coverage
  • Manage, update and maintain accurate client and prospect data in agency management system



Requirements
  • Education: Associates degree, preferably in business, or equivalent financial industry experience required.
  • Experience: A minimum of 1 year of customer service or sales experience, preferably within the insurance or financial services industry.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong problem-solving abilities and de-escalation skills to manage customer concerns.
  • Customer Focus: Dedicated to providing top-notch customer service with a positive attitude.
  • Attention to Detail: Keen attention to detail to ensure accuracy in data entry and client information management.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite and database management software.
