Personal Insurance Account Manager
Job description:
Growing independent insurance agency is looking for the right person to join our team in a Personal Lines Account Manager position. Candidate should have prior insurance agency or company experience and prior customer service experience and must be proficient in Microsoft online platforms including word and excel. Candidate must also be comfortable interacting with clients, carrier underwriters, and carrier marketing representatives.
Responsibilities include:
The position includes quoting and processing new and renewal business, and all aspects of personal lines account managing. We are looking for a team member who will be committed to providing the highest level of service with the goal of exceeding customer expectations.
