This role is based in one of our Massachusetts offices: Reading, Cambridge, or Natick. This position involves managing a personal lines book of middle market and high net worth accounts. How you'll make an impact:In this role, you’ll be the go-to advisor for your clients, helping them navigate their personal insurance needs with confidence. You’ll take ownership of a portfolio of accounts, ensuring they receive the highest level of service and customized solutions. Working closely with our production team, you’ll lead the renewal process, delivering timely and high-quality outcomes that exceed client expectations.
You’ll also play a key role in securing existing business and identifying opportunities to expand coverage and services. By analyzing data and industry trends, you’ll craft strategic client service plans and reports that add value and build trust. Your expertise will help clients stay ahead of risks, while your proactive approach will foster long-term relationships and client satisfaction.
