Pay: $225,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year plus commissions on settlements and verdicts.

Attorney – Personal Injury Trial Practice

We are a well-established, highly regarded personal injury and mass tort law firm located in Midtown Manhattan. We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to join our dynamic team.

Responsibilities:

• Manage a full caseload from intake through trial.
• Handle all aspects of litigation, including trials, depositions, motion practice, and court appearances.
• Develop case strategy, evaluate claims, and provide clients with exceptional representation.
• Work collaboratively with colleagues and staff to deliver successful outcomes.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of personal injury litigation experience, with proven trial experience.
• Strong courtroom skills and the ability to independently run files.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Admission to practice law in New York.
