We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Trial Attorney to lead and oversee the firm’s litigation department. This is a leadership opportunity for a motivated plaintiff-side litigator who thrives in high-value personal injury matters and wants significant earning potential tied directly to performance and business generation.

Job Details

5+ years of plaintiff-side personal injury litigation experience
Strong background handling vehicle accident and trucking accident cases
Significant experience managing cases through litigation and trial
Proven deposition, mediation, and courtroom experience
Ability to independently manage a litigation caseload
Leadership mentality with experience supervising staff or attorneys preferred
Licensed and in good standing in the applicable state
